It's that time again, time to celebrate the anniversaries of one of my favorite franchises ever, Sonic the Hedgehog!! And also Super Mario 64! This is my excuse to finally draw the italian paisano himself, mostly because it's been a LONG time since I've drawn him haha. Blame my Sonic bias for the lack of Mario on this blog ^^;
Biases aside, I still like Mario, and I will always have a soft spot for him, so it would feel wrong not to include him along side the Blue Blur. Really proud of this piece, especially the simple background. Happy 35th Birthday Sonic and Happy 30th Anniversary of Mario 64!!
