I decided to give Tobi something that every cartoon superstar has, a wacky pet sidekick, but instead of something like a Dog, Cat, or Goldfish, I decided to give him.. a Tasmanian Devil! and gave him the name of Cooper, I tried my best not to make him too much like another more well known Tasmanian Devil.. *wink wink*
