Clover's friendly blue haired nemesis! I really need to draw her more haha, normally I draw her with the usual Toriyama-esque black eyes but I felt like giving her blue eyes to match her Hair and Pants (including a lil shine in her eyes). also decided to shade it, since I rarely do that with my work ^^;
