I should've gotten arrested for not drawing Tobi for more than one second, So I cracked open Flash and drew him with a Top Hat and Cane, made his Shoes and Tie match his hat (explains why they're purple)
I should draw him like this some more (plus it gives me more opportunities to experiment with his usual color palette haha)
