Felt like drawing something Mega Man today, and I wanted to draw someone I haven't drawn in a while, Terra! from Mega Man V (Or Rock Man World V) for the Game Boy! the leader of the Stardroids, Terra's a determined fighter made of extraterrestrial materials, who has a nack for cleanliness.
Last time I drew Terra was back in 2024, (which you can find here) so I thought it would be neat to see how much my style has changed, I also felt like shading it, since I rarely shade haha.
So no Tobi comic today (granted I didn't make the script to one haha), BUT I do have this drawing I just finished after putting it on the back burner for a while, I'll admit sometimes I forget how I want Tobi to look, but I am proud of this final result. And besides, it's been a hot minute since I've drawn Cooper, I do wanna make another comic featuring him, maybe someday.
And for a bonus, here's an expression sheet of Tobi, mostly made to relearn how to draw him, and to see what faces I can make him have besides the typical smirk. a ton of these were taken from Felix the Cat, more specifically the comics drawn by Otto Messmer, one of the co-creators of Felix, though most of the expressions are semi original ones that I've previously drawn before. the sad Tobi one has his ears slightly flop downwards, since his ears since his ears are mostly treated like rabbit ears.
By the way yes, Tobi does drink, but very rarely. (Gotta make sure he's a role-model for the kiddies!)

It's a new month so I might as well share some stuff from LAST month! Including some non sketchbook ones, mostly because it's been a hot minute since I've shown off those haha.
First up are these two doodles of Riku from Kingdom Hearts, I haven't drawn him in a hot minute so I felt like doodling him, mostly his design from Kingdom Hearts 1, Which is my own personal favorite design (Dream Drop Distance is a close second), also for some reason I decided to draw Geno from Super Mario RPG.
Next is a collection of doodles of Piper! Mostly practicing how I can mimic Tezuka's style giving how Piper's inspired by a ton of Tezuka's characters I'm proud of the one where he's looking at the lake/pond. also Jiminy Cricket's there too, mostly for this one idea where Piper has a little bug companion. (Like Pinocchio)
Next is a collection of doodles featuring Felix the Cat and Bokko from Wonder 3/Amazing 3, Another Osamu Tezuka character (can you tell that he's one of my favorite mangaka's?) I'm most proud of the Felix doodles it's obviously based off of the 1920's/1930's design (back when he had whiskers)
Next is a actually a redraw! that being of Mario and Sonic shaking hands after a very intense fight (ala Ryu and Cyclops) the original was drawn back in 2024 and was done in my traditional art/animation program Flash! More specifically Flash CS3 since that was the program I was using at the time. you can view the original piece right here!
And last but not least, these three doodles of an obscure character from Dragon Ball, Shu! He's personally one of my favorite characters.. ever, due to me being a fan of short goofy characters, or just characters who are the colors orange or purple (Explaining my Blog's logo and layout haha), plus it's been a while since I've drawn him and I wanted to doodle him ^^
For this comic I felt like returning to an old idea involving Tobi that I've had for a while, his love for the popular Italian dish.. Pizza! Mostly inspired by this old doodle I drew when I first drew him back in mid 2025. In this comic, Tobi tries to order a pizza from "Piper's Pizzeria" Only to leave the Waiter/Server unamused in his more fancy way of ordering. Fun Fact, the specific order Tobi's asking for is the kind of pizza I tend to make whenever I don't feel like going to my local Papa Murphy's
I decided to also change the way the comic looks, putting the full logo in and not just the "Tobi" half, along with removing the numbers mostly to make it more like other Newspaper comics (I'll probably add it back if enough people want me to). I also decided to add both a new copyright, and a link to this blog! 'Cause I gotta let the world know that Tobi is my character haha.

So here's a neat thing I found out, every february tons of people (mostly those of the furry variety) like to turn their characters or personas into Kangaroos, or in most instances Louies from Bomberman! This little trend as always peaked my interest, so this year I felt like joining in on the fun, by turning Ricky into a Louie! Whom needless to say is incredibly shocked about his sudden transformation haha.
For those who don't know what Louies are, they're multicolored kangaroo like creatures Bomberman can ride on, each one has different abilities too! I don't feel like listening what those abilities are so check out this article on the Bomberman Wiki right here! Don't know what Ability Ricky would get, if he were even to get one.

Consider this my little Valentines Day drawing, even though I personally don't like it. Though I did want to draw this specific art idea for quite a while. Two lovers making out in a sea of blood (edgy ain't it?!) So I decided to say screw it and draw it. I decided to use a simple limited color pallete for this one, using mostly Red, Black, and Grey for the skin.
Took me a while to get the water (or blood) to look good but I am very proud of the final result! I decided to give the couple tribal tattoos, mostly bc I think they look cool as hell.

Hey all, I rarely make posts about things like this due to it not really fitting the blog, but I feel like I need to get it out there so everyone knows how I feel about the recent evolvement of Artificial Intelligence, more specifically AI. "art" and A.I. "animation"
To keep it short, I hate it. I don't like it one bit. To most people this may seem like me just saying the obvious, and I'm just wasting my time by simply just saying what other people have been saying since 2025. But as an Artist and Animator, I have to witness my fellow artists get their work stolen by people who only view their work as content to feed to the machines and shit out similar looking content.
I miss the days when the machines couldn't even get hands or faces right, but now in our current climate with how much It has evolved, It obviously is going to make people nervous and risk those currently working in the industry, leading to greedy money hungry pigs no longer needing them to make the content they need, and instead will throw them out and replace them with the machines.
Because of the evolution of AI and how much it's slowly getting close to replicating how humans look, draw, and write. Many people are worried that we'll be living in a sort of Terminator like future where the machines take over and replace every single one of us. It shouldn't take a rocket scientist that Humanity will always prevail and machines will forever just be machines. I'm sick of everyone around me constantly bending backwards and letting the machines rape work that was made by people both living and those whom have since crossed the rainbow bridge.
Needless to say, as much as the Machines will evolve and how much those pigs will continue to push it being the future and will replace us actual artists, there will always be those who actually put effort in their work, even if it doesn't turn out great. That's what I love about being an artist and why the machines will never surpass us.
I will not be deterred.
